A serial entrepreneur, today, Marriner is CEO of Victoria Restaurant Group, which operates Victoria Gastro Pub and Food Plenty; Manor Hill Brewing, Howard County’s only farm brewery; and in September of 2015, Randy partnered with Kenny Eggerl to launch MHF Productions.
Kenny launched his event management career in 1986 working for the Rouse Company. In his five-year stint with Rouse, Kenny managed events throughout the county for 20 different retail centers. In 1991, Kenny founded KSE Productions. With offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City, NY, KSE designed and produced Fashion Shows, Product Launches, Pop-up Shops, and traveling exhibitions for a stellar client list, which included Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Channel, Prada, Mazda, Guerlain, Hermes, Motorola, MCM, Givenchy, Sony and Pernod Ricard.
Patrick began his event production career as the Team Project Manager for Microsoft’s Xbox Halo launch, where he was responsible for reaching over 10 million gamers. He did a grueling schedule of 25 cities in 31 days.
Just prior to joining MHF Production, Hand spent the last 6 years with the PRG (Production Resource Group). At PRG DC, Patrick was the number one Account Executive in revenue for many of PRG’s largest Corporate and Association Clients, where he also served as both Project Manager and or Senior Producer. 80% of Patrick’s work has been out of MD/DC or country, working in such countries as Monte Carlo, France, Dominican Republic, St Martin, Ireland, Canada, Jamaica, and Hawaii.
Growing up in the hospitality industry, she attended Loyola College in Baltimore. Graduating Summa Cum Laude, with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a MBA in Finance, she went on to obtain her CPA.
Her career path has included working for: KPMG, as an audit manager in the Healthcare Group in the Baltimore office; Marriner Marketing Communications, as Comptroller; MedStar Health, as Director of Corporate Finance at the corporate office. Rachael now provides the financial oversight for all her family’s enterprises: Victoria Restaurant Group; Manor Hill Brewing; and MHF Productions.
Like her sister Rachael, Tori grew up in the restaurant industry as well, so it was only natural that she attended Baltimore International College of Culinary Arts. She worked in the kitchens of many local independent and chain restaurants. Switching to the front of the house, she became the first employee of Iron Bridge Wine Company, the areas first wine bar. After five very successful years, Tori left Iron Bridge to start Victoria Gastro Pub.
As Chief Experience Officer at VGP, Tori’s primary focus is customer satisfaction. From the moment Tori walks into the Pub, she spends most of time with her guests to make sure that their experience had been a great one, and that their expectations had been exceed. Many of her ‘first timers’ can’t believe that the namesake owner is actually visiting with them.
Tori brings her customer focus to all of the family’s enterprises.
